The Broadmoor Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway is a renowned mountain railway system that offers an exhilarating way to experience the splendor of Pikes Peak. Simmons, the man behind the Simmons Beautyrest Mattress Company, the railway was designed to provide access to the summit of Pikes Peak. Traveling on the railway offers a unique perspective as it ascends to 14,115 feet above sea level.
